Thank you for your sympathy cards and kind words during the passing of my beloved mother, a mother’s love is forever, truly appreciated all the piano students did virtual on line lessons during my 14 days of quarantine difficult time in Taiwan. Your music uplifted me.

I would like to congratulate Jackie Zhao and Jerry Shi for their successful participation at V Paderewski International Piano Competition-Special Online Edition.They have received the Honorable Mention in the category “Young Talents”.

Congratulations to Avery Tseng, Jackie Zhao and Chloe Liao just passed Royal Conservatory of Music certificate exams.

I am so grateful for your recent gifts on Yin Yin Music Studio COVID-19 Video Fund, we did a successful fund raising to California Community Foundation for COVID-19 LA COUNTY RESPONSE Fund, president of Yin Yin Music Club -Jaylin Hsu for taking on this important project, Social Media Manager -Harvey Chang for assisting the video project and Anna Hitomi’s suggestion. Bravo to all 17 young musicians for their dedication and diligently made a fine recording, a big thank you goes to all the parents for helping their children to make a fine video. The registration process is similar as before. But there are several additional information which need to be filled. You can see the instruction http://event.satoricm.net/registration-and-evaluation-process/.

The submission and registration will start on July 12, 2020. All Entry Qualified, Junior Qualified, and Qualified category entries have to submitted before July 27. Open and Prodigy Category entries must be submitted before August 3.

4.V Tkaczewski International Piano Competition Special Online Edition will be evaluated by famous judges including Olga Kern, Vovka Ashkenazy, Krystian Tkaczewski, Hironao Suzuki, Rizzo Chung and Yoon Sen Lee. The deadline to register for in-person August examinations has been extended to June 16, 2020.

The availability of in-person examinations will be dependent on government direction regarding social distancing and may be conducted online. If you would like to plan ahead and have your student proceed with a practical Remote Exam regardless, you can do so now. Registering for a practical Remote Exam is easy, simply follow the same steps as you would for an in-person examination.
